Our vision is the reason we show up. Inspiring you to live your passion. It is our rallying cry, it is our reason to exist.

Our mission is the flag on the hill, our collective ambition. To inspire 10 million active customers to live their passion by 2025. This is a Group goal, executed within the brands, to which everyone can contribute. It is channel agnostic and like all good missions, it is measurable and time-bound.

Our values hold ourselves and each other accountable as well as guide us in our decisions and behaviours.

An updated set of vision, mission and values was introduced to our team in early 2022. These were developed from the ground up – they came from our team, and are for our team. A team who care

Being part of Super Retail Group means being part of a team. A team that cares genuinely about each other and wants to work together to achieve our mission.

Across our four brands and corporate divisions, we know that the sum of our parts makes more than our whole.

We care about each other as people first. Our team member’s health, safety and wellbeing is our first priority. A feature program is ‘ I AM HERE’, which builds our team’s courage, confidence and skills to notice when someone needs helps and connect them with help.

Whether it’s the everyday ‘thank you’, or the monthly or annual awards at our brand and divisional conferences – we don’t miss a moment to shine a spotlight on our team for living our Group values. An engaged, capable and passionate team is a core ingredient to achieving our vision. The passion and knowledge of our people underpins our strategy for operating in growing categories.

In addition to the ‘on the job’ training and experience our team receive, we are committed to investing in their ongoing development by providing a range of targeted development options at an individual, team and role level. Leadership development

We’re committed to developing a strong and connected senior leadership and extended leadership team. We have made a significant investment in understanding development areas at a group, team and individual level and our programs are designed to specifically meet those needs.

Women @SRG

We want to support Women @ SRG to learn and grow, develop a network across the organisation and build confidence.

The program provides Women @ SRG personal and professional development and the opportunity to find and develop their voice and write their stories without limits.

Self-paced learning

Think learning through technology – it’s a true mix of the old-school library and the
modern-age Netflix.

Our digital learning platform (available on desktop, tablet and mobile phone) enables our team to explore topics that interest them and learn on their terms.

Technical training

Our ‘experts’ program for our retail team members equips our team with the product and technical expertise required to meet the needs of our customers.

Accredited learning programs

We also partner with registered training organisations to facilitate accredited learning programs, which provide a variety of training and assessment opportunities.
These initiatives allow our retail team members to obtain nationally-recognised, relevant qualifications.
